Sinoneo Magnetic Grate with 90°C angular baffles are constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape. It can be square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus, or irregular polygon, to suit for different positions. Center distance of bars is usually 2 inches.

Magnetic Grate or Grate magnet provides economical magnetic protection against tramp iron in mechanical or gravity conveying and processing systems. They can remove ferrous fines, fragments, and larger metal objects from dry particulates, liquids, and slurries.

Sinoneo Magnetic Grill is used for the separation of iron particles mixed with dry, granular, or free-flowing material. Magnetic Grill is made by using stainless steel frames (Round, Square or Rectangular) with Magnetic bars inside the frame.

These Magnetic Grills are made up of Magnetic Elements that are fitted inside a required size frame. The Magnetic Elements are made up of hard Ferrite Magnets or High-Intensity Strong Neodymium Magnets. All the components are made up of Stainless Steel 304/316 /316L material. The overall construction of the Magnetic Grill can also be made as per the customer specification and sizes.

The magnetic grills are efficiently utilized if contamination is within 1% to 1.5% by weight. For higher levels of contamination Drawer Grills or Multi Drawer Grills should be used.

Sinoneo Magnetic Grids and Grates Filter are constructed by a row of magnetic bars which are fixed by frames in various shape. It can be square, rectangle, round, oval, triangle, rhombus, or irregular polygon, to suit for different positions. Center distance of bars is usually 2 inches.

Magnetic grids and grates are designed for product purity of free-flowing materials such as carbon black, drugs, chemicals, cosmetics, plastics, food industries, and so on. These units are easily installed in any hopper or floor opening, chute or duct.

It makes product stream free-flowing products to come in direct contact with the grate. When anything containing iron substances passes through the framework, Iron particles are attracted to the bar magnets by magnetic fields.
