Liquid Magnetic trap Separators are made from a magnetic bar group and a big 304 or 316 stainless steel tube house. As one kind of magnetic filter or magnetic separator, they also called a magnetic trap, liquid trap magnetic separator, sanitary liquid trap magnet, Liquid Line Magnetic Traps, or magnetic liquid trap, consist of a powerful round magnetic bar and round stainless steel housing with inlet and outlet.

The liquid magnetic trap separator is designed to remove ferrous contamination from different viscosity level liquid or slurry lines. It may be installed vertically, horizontally, or on an angle without affecting its magnetic efficiency. In most application, there is no appreciable reduction in flow rates or pressure drop when this magnetic separator is assembled in the product line.

Permanent Magnetic rollers also called conveyor magnetic head roller or pulley, the magnetic roller has a very strong magnetic force and high Gauss surface value, and usually placed at the head of the conveyor belt, the materials with iron contaminations goes along with conveyor belt.

When they come into the front of the conveyor belt, as the limited region of the magnetic force of magnetic roller, the iron contaminations will go with the belt to the back of the roller, the good materials will fall down to the front of the roller as of gravity.

Sinoneo permanent magnetic roller is with unique magnetic circuit design, and consists of 304 or 316 stainless steel, high energy permanent rare earth magnets inside, such as neodymium magnets) or SmCo(Samarium-Cobalt) magnets.

The magnetic roller separators are used to separate ferromagnetic contaminants, iron particles and micromagnetic substance from the production streams in the belt conveyor systems by strong magnetic force, such as clods, pumice, stone, brick chippings and so on, so that to clean up the weak magnetic substance in the material effectively.

Sinoneo magnetic tubes, Magnetic tube filters offer greater protection in their facilities, they are composed of a permanent magnet made of stainless steel, and the cleaning must be manual.

Magnetic Tube Separator provides an effective means of removing ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed, free-flowing materials. They are usually constructed of 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes for special domains filled with Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet. Either round or square shape bars are available for customers’ desiring for special applications.

Application of magnetic tube filters:

Magnetic tubes, magnetic tube filters may apply in medicines, sanitation, textile, machinery, and foodstuffs. The filer will attract iron/steel substances away from liquids, from among grains or powders.

Working Temperature:

6 series is available for the customer to choose from

N series up to 80 degrees C
M series up to 100 degrees C
H series up to 120 degrees C
SH series up to 150 degrees C
