These magnetic filter bars have a large Gauss value because of their length and depth of field and generate very high levels of magnetism despite their relatively small surface pole area. These magnets come with a safe-handling warning; because they are so powerful they can be dangerous if not handled carefully.

Permanent magnetic filter bars can be installed at any point in solid or liquid material flows. They can be used up to temperatures of 150°C. The filter bars are manufactured from powerful ceramic magnets in a stainless steel (AISI 304) casing.

This construction has a high degree of corrosion resistance and is quick and easy to clean. The standard diameters of the filter bars are 25.4 or 40 mm and the ends have M8 threaded holes so they can be easily installed in almost any position.

The standard diameter we supply is D10, D19, D22, D25, D25.4, D32, D50.8 and etc. The size can be varied at your request.

The square magnetic filter bars is usually made of seamed or seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes. The tubes can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.

The standard working temperature is 80℃, but we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.

By using different grades of rare earth magnets, different magnetic forces are available to meet every customer’s requirement, the highest magnetic force of diameter 25mm magnetic bar can achieve 14,000GS(1.4T).
