What is Magnetic Tubes?

Magnetic Tubes are named just because they are made from the strong Neodymium Magnets or SmCo magnets, Ferrite Magnets are in stainless steel tubes by fully or non-fully welding. Because of the appearance of stainless steel rod or bar with well polishing, many customers also call them magnetic rods, magnetic bars, magnetic filter bars, or magnet bar.

They are the most efficient permanent magnetic unit for catching, removing ferrous metals from various materials in different fields. According to a different condition, they can be assembled into grate magnets, magnetic drawer or magnetic trap with other stainless steel parts. There are square, round shape magnetic tubes.

Application of magnetic tubes filter:

Magnetic tubes, magnetic tubes filter may apply in medicines, sanitation, textile, machinery, and foodstuffs. The filer will attract iron/steel substances away from liquids, from among grains or powders.

What about our Magnetic tubes?

Our stainless magnetic tubes are made by the cold rolling stretch process through tools, they are high density, no crack with uniform wall thickness. The magnetic rod or magnetic bar made from these stainless steel tube is well waterproof.

The secondary pollution to materials can be stopped by preventing any liquid or super powder or gas from going to the interior after the tube sides are fully welded and well polished.

On the contrary, the magnetic rods made from welding stainless magnetic tubes may easily fail to prevent secondary pollution because it is more easily crack at the welding joint.

How to order Magnetic tubes?

1. Confirm Shap and dimension of magnetic tubes:

Our standard bars are 25mm. (1 inch) in diameter and any length per customers’ request up to 2500mm…
2. Confirm the magnetic force of magnetic tubes: 2500Gs, or 8000Gs or 10000Gs or 12000Gs or 13000Gs;
3. Confirm the Max working temp:

6 series is available for the customer to choose from

N series up to 80 degrees C
M series up to 100 degrees C
H series up to 120 degrees C
SH series up to 150 degrees C
UH series up to 180 degrees C
EH series up to 200 degrees C

4. Confirm the material is abrasive or not ;
5. Confirm the cover of the magnetic tubes:316L or 304 stainless steel.
6.Confirm the threaded Hole of magnetic tubes:
1), Tapped threaded holes at each end for easy installation.
2), Tapped one threaded hole at one end, and the other end is plain welded.
3), Both ends are plain welded.

7. Confirm the quantity of magnetic tubes: Different quantity different prices, more quantity lower price.
