Magnetic boiler filter bars are the ideal solution to costly and unnecessary system breakdowns caused by both magnetic and non-ferrous particulate in central heating systems.

The magnetic filter core equips the strongest rare earth neodymium magnet, which provides 12000Gs magnetic field, 120°C temperature resistance.

Magnetic central heating filter bars that are used in central heating magnetic filtration system with sizes dia10,15mm,22mm, or 28mm.

1, Both ends of the magnetic filter bars are TIG welded.

We have done dropping test before, drop two kinds of the magnetic bar from 1 meter high, one is TIG welded for 2 end plugs, another is laser welded for 2 end plugs, there are about 5% laser welding bars were cracked but zero for TIG welding, that means bars with TIG welding are more durable.

2, Surface roughness reaches 600 Mesh.

Most of our magnetic bars are used in the food industry, it needs a high requirement of surface appearance, so we added 4 polishing process to meet the good surface roughness.

The standard working temperature is 80℃, but we can offer up to 200℃ to meet your special applications.

By using different grades of rare earth magnets, different magnetic forces are available to meet every customer’s requirement, the highest magnetic force of diameter 25mm magnetic bar can achieve 14,000GS(1.4T).

Square Magnetic filter bars(Magnetic Cartridges) is a special magnet tube for magnetic separator, so they also can be called square filter rod magnets.

Our square magnetic filter bars are used in a variety of industries including food, plastics, and chemical processing to collect and remove magnetic particles during the processing or manufacturing process.

The substance being manufactured is usually passed through a grid of filter magnets that attract any magnetic particles to their surface.

These magnetic filter bars have a large Gauss value because of their length and depth of field and generate very high levels of magnetism despite their relatively small surface pole area. These magnets come with a safe-handling warning; because they are so powerful they can be dangerous if not handled carefully.

Permanent magnetic filter bars can be installed at any point in solid or liquid material flows. They can be used up to temperatures of 150°C. The filter bars are manufactured from powerful ceramic magnets in a stainless steel (AISI 304) casing.

This construction has a high degree of corrosion resistance and is quick and easy to clean. The standard diameters of the filter bars are 25.4 or 40 mm and the ends have M8 threaded holes so they can be easily installed in almost any position.
