Sinoneo magnetic tubes, Magnetic tube filters offer greater protection in their facilities, they are composed of a permanent magnet made of stainless steel, and the cleaning must be manual.

Magnetic Tube Separator provides an effective means of removing ferrous chips and metal particles from loosely packed, free-flowing materials. They are usually constructed of 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes for special domains filled with Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnet. Either round or square shape bars are available for customers’ desiring for special applications.

Application of magnetic tube filters:

Magnetic tubes, magnetic tube filters may apply in medicines, sanitation, textile, machinery, and foodstuffs. The filer will attract iron/steel substances away from liquids, from among grains or powders.

Working Temperature:

6 series is available for the customer to choose from

N series up to 80 degrees C
M series up to 100 degrees C
H series up to 120 degrees C
SH series up to 150 degrees C
UH series up to 180 degrees C
EH series up to 200 degrees C

Threaded Hole of Magnetic Rod:

1, Tapped threaded holes at each end for easy installation.

2, Tapped one threaded hole at one end, and the other end is plain welded.

3, Both of ends are plain welded.

The magnetic tube, the magnetic filter tube is usually made of seamed or seamless 304 stainless steel tubes or 316 stainless steel tubes. The tubes can be fine polished and fully welded to meet food grade or pharmacy application.

The standard working temperature is 80℃, but we can offer up to 350℃ to meet your special applications.

By using different grades of rare earth magnets, different magnetic forces are available to meet every customer’s requirement, the highest magnetic force of diameter 25mm magnetic bar can achieve 14,000GS(1.4T).
